1. Where can i purchase a Mitchell's Fish Market gift card?
Mitchell's Fish Market gift cards can be purchased on our website or in person at any of our Mitchell's Fish Market locations.

2. Can I personalize the message on the gift card carrier?
Yes, you can add a personalized greeting on the gift card carrier. Please note that it will be sent exactly as typed so pay extra care when entering your message.

3. How will I receive confirmation of my online order?
You will be prompted to include your email address during the order process. Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a copy of your order which will also serve as your receipt. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please Email Us.

4. May I ship the gift card directly to my recipient?
Yes – you will have the option during the order process to ship the gift card to yourself or your recipient.

5. What should I be looking for in the mail?
If the order was sent using standard US mail service, look for a white envelope. If the order was sent Priority or Overnight, the card(s) will come in a white bubble-pack package with “Optimum Fulfillment Services” as the return address label.

1. When are orders filled?
Orders placed before midnight PST will be shipped and filled the NEXT business day Monday through Friday (excl. holidays and weekends).

2. What are my delivery/shipment options?
Gift cards may be delivered via USPS 1st Class Mail – this is complimentary. Gift cards shipped via USPS 1st class mail cannot be tracked. We allow 7-10 days for delivery based on the USPS mail volume and the shipping address’s proximity to our fulfillment center in Chicago, IL.

Gift cards can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This method can take 3 – 4 business days depending on USPS mail volume.

Gift cards can be shipped via Next Day Air using UPS. UPS Next Day Air Service does not include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.

3. Do you ship to Canada?
We mail cards to Canada via USPS first class service. Delivery times vary and this service cannot be tracked.

We do not offer any Saturday overnight delivery services.

5. Is there a signature required for delivery sent via UPS?
No, a signature is not required. Your package will be left at the front door or with the reception person at your place of business.

6. Will UPS deliver to a P.O. Box?
No, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You will need to ship the gift card to a physical mailing address.

7. When will my gift card arrive?
Gift card and gift item orders are processed & shipped the next business day, Monday-Fridays excluding holidays.

USPS 1st Class Mail – approximately 7-10 business days

USPS Priority – 3-4 business days

UPS Next Day Air Service – 2 business days. One day to process the order, the next day to deliver. (If you place your order on Monday, it will be filled on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday).

Note: UPS will not make delivery attempts on Saturday.

Canada: 10 – 14 business days

Shipping times may vary due to inclement weather or carrier conditions. Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc., an/or its affiliates or subsidiaries shall not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons not including but not limited to, negligence, employee strikes, and weather.

8. I have not received my online order, what do I do?
For fastest service please Email Us. If needed, we can cancel the original gift card that was shipped and ship a replacement using the same delivery method as your original order. If you would like to have it reshipped via another delivery method, the additional cost will be your responsibility.

Yes, you may use as many gift cards as you wish to pay for your meal.

4. What will happen if I do not use the full amount of the gift card in one visit?
The balance will remain on your gift card until your next visit and until the full value has been depleted.

5. Do gift cards expire?
Purchased gift cards do not expire. We do not charge a maintenance or non-usage fee to your gift card. We do issue promotional and business trade gift cards that do expire.

6. I have a Holiday Bonus Card - does it expire?
The Holiday Bonus Card is a promotional item and is valid only for the dates listed on the card. The dates in which the card is valid are printed on both the front and back of the card. We regret that Holiday Bonus cards cannot be extended or reissued.

Unfortunately Mitchell's Fish Market is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. However, if you have a copy of your gift card purchase receipt, please Email Us for assistance.
